White chocolate-peanut butter cupcakes#

16 cupcakes
Ingredients#
180g white chocolate flakes
60g unsalted butter, softened
125g peanut butter
100g cane sugar
1 egg
50g wheat flour
150g whole-wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
125ml milk
Preparation#
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Mix flours, powder, soda and salt
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar, then add eggs, flour and milk.
Add flakes by hand
Fill the forms up 2/3 height.
Bake 20-25 mins or until a wooden pick is dry after inserting it in a cupcake.
Take out and cool.
