White chocolate-peanut butter cupcakes#

Ingredients#

  • 180g white chocolate flakes

  • 60g unsalted butter, softened

  • 125g peanut butter

  • 100g cane sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 50g wheat flour

  • 150g whole-wheat flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 125ml milk

Preparation#

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  2. Mix flours, powder, soda and salt

  3. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar, then add eggs, flour and milk.

  4. Add flakes by hand

  5. Fill the forms up 2/3 height.

  6. Bake 20-25 mins or until a wooden pick is dry after inserting it in a cupcake.

  7. Take out and cool.
